This is Joey’s favorite spot in the world: up on his Dad’s shoulders. We’ve really been enjoying this summer— discovering the 5+ playgrounds in a 3-block radius of our apartment, making friends with everyone at the local shops (much easier with a small), and of course easting copious amounts of ice cream. Thank you for your comments on my blog–I agree–a PCP I can trust and who is “on my side” is essential. I’m hoping he’ll order the tests I want ahead of the surgeon, we’ll see!!

I can’t believe how quickly he’s growing! He’s well on his way to becoming a little boy (though I see he still has those baby arms, which I just love!)
